PlayReactiveAll projects

A little privacy, please.

This privacy policy applies to all PlayReactive websites, games, apps, and other digital products.

01

What we collect

  • Contact details, messages, booking information, and mailing-list sign-ups (to answer your queries, manage bookings, and send updates)
  • Player IDs, progress, settings, and purchase records (to save progress and restore purchases)
  • Device and browser details, IP addresses, activity, and crash reports (to fix problems and improve our products)

We obtain this information from you, your device, and our service providers. We use cookies and browser storage to remember settings and measure visits.

02

Who else is involved?

A range of third party hosting, database, analytics, crash-reporting, booking, email, and payment providers handle information for the purposes outlined above. We don't store any payment details.

Some of our sites use Google and Meta advertising tools, which receive visit and device information to measure ads. Embedded content providers (such as Vimeo) can also receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

We require recipients of app data to provide protection at least equivalent to this policy and the app stores' requirements. Providers may process information overseas, including in the United States.

03

Storage and deletion

Information is held on your device and our providers' systems. We use encrypted connections and restrict access to people who need it.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, handle your requests, or meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Deleting an account also deletes its associated data, except records we must keep by law, such as tax records. We'll explain any exception and how long it applies when handling your request. Uninstalling an app does not delete these records.

04

Get in touch

Email humans@playreactive.com to see, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent, or make a privacy complaint.

Where we provide accounts, you can request account deletion in the app's settings or request it by email. We may need to verify your identity. We'll confirm when deletion is complete.

You can turn off optional data collection in the product's privacy settings and unsubscribe from emails using their unsubscribe link.

We investigate privacy complaints and reply with our findings and any steps we'll take. If you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the OAIC or your local privacy regulator.
